FAQs about imyPass AnyPassGo

Some Android devices have a shutdown prevention feature that prevents the device from turning off when the screen is locked, and this feature is automatically enabled when a screen lock is set up. imyPass AnyPassGo requires you to completely shut down the phone before removing the screen password.

To fully turn off your phone, check the instructions below.

For Samsung devices:

Quickly switch fingers to long press the כּוֹחַ ו הגבר קול buttons at the same time when the screen goes black.

For Other Android devices:

Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds until the phone restarts, then follow the on-screen steps in the software interface to complete the process.

1. Check if there is something wrong with your USB cable and USB port. If there is, switch to another USB cable or USB port.

2. Please download the latest version of AnyPassGo.

3. Make sure your Android device can be detected by your computer.

It depends. For early Samsung phones, such as Note 3, Galaxy S5, etc., there will be no data loss.

imyPass AnyPassGo is able to unlock up to 5 different Android devices, for the same device, you can unlock it without any limitation.

In general, each phone has a specific model number that applies to a range of products (e.g., Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip6, etc.). The number varies depending on the year the product was released, its color, the carrier, and some other factors. And you can also find the model number from your IMEI number.

Option 1. Check the back of your device.

Option 2. Most phone models have their IMEI numbers engraved on the SIM tray. Just pop out the SIM tray to check about it.

Option 3. If you didn’t see the IMEI on the phone itself, you can check the box that your phone came in (if you still have it).
