To protect customers’ rights and interests, and ensure that every customer has a happy experience with imyPass software, we offer “try-before-you-buy”, money back guarantee, and professional customer service.

Try-before-you-buy: imyPass software supports "try-before-buy", which allows users to test whether our software meets their demands or not.

Money-back guarantee: imyPass offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. Please note that the money back guarantee is conditional, refunds are based on the specific circumstances listed below.

Part 1. Refundable Circumstances

imyPass offers a 30-day money back guarantee with specific conditions. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

1. No registration code received in 24 hours after purchase

The registration code, sometimes called a license key, will be emailed to the customer within 24 hours of purchase.

If you've bought a product directly from the imyPass website, successfully completed the transaction, and haven't received your registration code within 24 hours, or if you haven't received a prompt response from our support team within 48 hours of reaching out, we will offer a full refund should you decide to return the product.

2. Duplicate purchase

If the customer accidentally purchases the same item twice, imyPass will process a refund for the duplicate transaction.

3. Wrong purchase

If the customer makes an incorrect purchase, the refund can only be approved after the customer purchases the correct product.

Note:

For both duplicate and wrong purchases, customers can also exchange the duplicate/wrong product for another imyPass product at a similar price instead of receiving a refund.

To receive a full refund for duplicate and wrong purchases, the registration code must not be activated. However, if the customer insists on a refund, we will deduct 20% of the purchase price as a fee.

4. Fail to resolve technical issues within 30 days

If we verify the existence of a technical issue with our software and our R&D Team is unable to offer a resolution within a 30-day period, we will honor a refund request at the customer's discretion.

Part 2. Non-refundable Situations

Generally, refunds are not granted in the following situations:

1. A purchase exceeds the 30-day refund limit

A refund request for an order exceeds its 30-day time frame will not be accommodated.

2. Purchase without reading the description or trying the software

imyPass encourages customers to take advantage of the "try-before-you-buy" option and to thoroughly review the detailed product information available on the official website. If a customer purchases the software without first reading the description or trying it out, then finds the software does not meet his/her need and requests a refund, imyPass will not process refund requests for such instances.

3. Switch to a cheaper product

If the customer purchases an incorrect product and contacts our support team within 30 days, imyPass will exchange it for the correct product by paying the difference between both products. If the purchased product is exchanged for a correct product with a lower price, imyPass will not refund the price difference.

4. Change of mind after purchase

If a customer purchases imyPass software and then shortly after seeks a refund due to a change of mind, imyPass does not accommodate such "change of mind" refund requests.

5. A price change due to promotion after purchase

If a customer has already purchased imyPass software and later discovers a lower price during a promotional period, any refund request based on this price difference will not be honored.

6. The customer refuses to cooperate with the imyPass support team to confirm the software problem

If the customer refuses to cooperate with the imyPass support team to troubleshoot the technical issue(s) and try the solution(s) provided by imyPass, no refund will be issued.

7. Data erasure and jailbreak failure after purchase

For unlocking products, the data will be completely erased by specific functions. Additionally, to bypass the iCloud Activation Lock on iOS devices, jailbreaking is required, for which you'll need to use a third-party jailbreak tool. We do not offer refunds for data loss resulting from these functions or if the jailbreak is unsuccessful.
